Over the course of his career, Vic has spent significant time working in both public accounting and in private industry. His career includes time spent with national public accounting firms as well as serving as CFO of two NYSE-listed manufacturing companies.
Vic has served as CFO of three manufacturers with annual sales ranging from $150 million to $800 million. Vic is also experienced dealing with the tax and accounting challenges of foreign firms with extensive direct foreign investment in the U.S., having served for six years as a financial executive for a Canadian-based manufacturer. His experience includes establishing and documenting cross-border transfer pricing, documenting and maintaining cross-border intercompany finance structures, dealing with research and development tax credits in both countries and complying with financial reporting regulations in both the U.S. and Canada.
Vic graduated with a BBA Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and recently obtained his MBA from the University of Tampa. He is a licensed CPA in South Carolina, Florida and Texas and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA/CIMA designation).
Vic serves on the Board of the Charlotte Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and is also active in the Charlotte World Trade Association and the British American Business Council of North Carolina.
